UNEXPECTED JOURNEY

I thought i was going to die! My throat was parched, my legs were throbbing, begging me to stop and the burden i was carrying was not making the journey any easier. Sometimes i wondered why was i subjecting myself to this torture and even came close to just dropping everything in order to go on with the gruelling journey and save myself but i didn't, thinking of the dire consequences i would face if i did. So, i trudged on as any hope of surviving gradually fades.
Along the journey, my only comfort was knowing that i was not alone as i came across the occasional creatures lurking along, wandering aimlessly, looking as lost as i was. The thought of asking them for help crossed my mind but i doubted if they could help me, the look of fear on their faces. And i didn't dare ask the other fierce looking creatures though they seemed to know exactly where to go because i doubted if where they were going is where i wanted to go.
So i kept on walking till i saw a dim light at the end of the long, winding, seems endless corridor. I was overjoyed, this is not the end of me after all, i thought, but still i approached the light with caution. As the light grew near, my heart beats faster and as i walked into the light, i sighed a deep breath of relief. Finally, i thought, i have reached the lobby of the Jalan Duta Court Complex!
